Matt Gaetz is a firebrand conservative who served in congress from 2017-2024. Matt defended President Trump in three impeachments on the House Judiciary Committee. He brings key national security perspectives as a four term member of the House Armed Services Committee.
Matt Gaetz was nominated by President Trump to serve as Attorney General, but instead has returned to private life in Florida with his wife Ginger. Matt Gaetz uses humor and sharp wit to entertain and inform audiences with stories from the front-lines of the Trump political movement. Matt Gaetz remains a close friend and advisor to President Trump and brings key insights into how the Trump Administration will invigorate American exceptionalism.
Matt Attended Niceville High School, Florida State University and the William and Mary College of Law. Matt served in the Florida Legislature from 2010-2016 and chaired committees overseeing state revenue and criminal justice. His father, Don Gaetz, has returned to politics as a Florida State Senator after a successful prior term as the Florida Senate President.
Matt Gaetz represented Northwest Florida in Congress from the time President Trump was elected until President Trump nominated him to serve as Attorney General. Matt has now returned to life as a Private Citizen with his wife Ginger and enjoys encouraging America First Patriots to continue fighting for President Trump’s inspirational agenda. Matt got a Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida State University, and a Juris Doctorate from the College of William and Mary, America’s first law school. Matt previously served in the Florida Legislature where he passed a billion dollar tax cut for Floridians and led the Criminal Justice and Finance and Tax Committees.
